Surah Al -Asr contains 3 Verses and it was revealed in Makkah .The meaning of this Surah is “The Declining day” and it is the 103rd chapter of the Holy Quran. This Surah refers to the afternoon and age (means History).

وَ الْعَصْرِ(1) اِنَّ الْاِنْسَانَ لَفِیْ خُسْرٍ(2) اِلَّا الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَ عَمِلُوا الصّٰلِحٰتِ وَ تَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ ﳔ وَ تَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ(3)

2. The man is in loss. 3. Except for those who have strong believed and done the right deeds and advised each other for and also advised to have patience.

Reciting This Surah after offering Fajr Prayer is a powerful source of strength to stand on right path or truth.
CURE STOMACH AILMENTS
If some one wants to cure stomach ailments ,he should recite surah Al -Asr 10 times .surah al asr ayat 1-3 This Surah also helps to reduce the illness or fever.
HELPS IN GETTING BRIGHT FACE ,CHEERFUL FEATURES,AND DELIGHTED EYES ON THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT
It is narrated , “one who recites the Surah Asr in optional Prayers, Almighty Allah will raise him with shining ,face ,cheerful features and delighted eyes on the Day of Judgement.”

Recitation of this Surah in Qiyama helps in increasing our imaan and strong faith in Almighty Allah .
